THANK AN OFFICER

Officers at the Shepherdsville Police Department strive to help all citizens to the best of their ability under the law. You may write a letter or send an email with a commendation for a specific officer. Please be as specific as you can in describing the incident and officer so we can pass this on to the appropriate supervisor. You may include the following:

  • The officer's name
  • Badge number (If you don't remember the officer name)
  • Report number (if applicable)
  • What day the officer helped you
  • What time the incident occurred
  • The location of the incident
  • Desribe the officers actions that you believe deserve your thanks
  • Your name
  • Your telephone number and/or email address
